Simple tips to balance and integrate time changes more easily:
- Be extra conscious of staying hydrated with fresh water the days before and after the time change.
- Epsom salt bath the day of the time change. 4 cups of epsom salt in a not too hot, not too cool bath for about 20 minutes.
- Float Tank also called sensory deprivation tank the week of the time change.
- Massage day of the time change or within a few days of the time change.
- For time zone travel changes I also use a product called “No-Jet-Lag”.
- Listen to the Balance Your Time Zone Webinar as needed while in a stationary sitting or laying down position. This process can be used repeatedly as needed to help adjust to time changes.
